Shipping Policy 邮寄条例
1. The courier company we use for Malaysia is Kangaroo Private Courier . The other options of courier service is poslaju. You can let me know if you want to use poslaju but there is extra charges hence the rate we get for it is higher compared to kangaroo courier service. If there is any problems with delivery with poslaju client need to deal it by themselves cause I don have account with them...
马来西亚默认的邮寄方式是Kangaroo私人快递服务，包裹追踪请查看这里。第二个选 择是poslaju，如果需要的话可以换去这个快递。可是因为我在这个公司没有户口，拿到的价钱也没有那么好。所以如果选择这个快递的话要加邮费而且运送 途中有什么问题的话客人必须自己打电话去解决哦。

在产品描述里面包邮的价钱是已经包了kangaroo快递服务了。（东马和西马不一样的哦，请看描述，如果不清楚欢迎联络我哦！）
3. We normally can ship out your item within 3 working days after your payment. (Normally I will ship out on the same day if you bank in before 3pm on weekdays, 11pm on saturday, No shipment for sunday and public holidays)
收 到你的汇款后，3个工作日内一定会寄出。（通常周日当天3pm前汇款就可以当日寄出，星期六必须11am前，星期日和公共假期没有邮寄）
4. For preorder items it normally takes 3-4 weeks after the end of preorder date to reach, any notices will be updated in the related page, tracking number will be updated in the preorder page. Customer are not allowed to cancel order because the item is specially ordered for him/her only.
预购的物品是要预购结束后3-4个星期后到你手里，任何通告会被update在预购名单 里。客人预购了就不能取消订单了，因为是为了他／她而下订的～
5. Daily parcel tracking number will be updated at the parcel tracking page around 6pm.
当天寄出的包裹会在6pm左右在PARCEL TRACKING 页面update!
6. If the shipped items is being returned to us due to your given wrong address or nobody to accpet and etc , we will not responsible to pay the re-sending shipping fee. Normally it will be kept for 10-14 days in courier. So if you don't receive your parcel after 3 days, please call kangaroo 603-5518 8228 and provide your tracking number and name to them. They will manage it for you. Ofcourse you can contact me if you need help.
如果寄出的包 裹因为邮寄地址的问题，没人接受的问题被弹回来客人需要再付上再邮寄的费用。通常没有人认领东西会被寄放在快递10-14天。所以如果寄出了三天后还没有 收到你的包裹。可以联络kangaroo 603-5518 8228 报上tracking number，寄出日期和名字他们会帮你处理的。当然如果需要帮助也可以联络我。
7. If the parcel is damaged or opened, customer should open it to check before signing to accept . Customer should not sign to receive it , if any item(s) is gone or visibly damaged due to handling.
如果到你手上包裹有明显的损坏了被开过的痕迹请 当着送货员的面前拆开检查才签收。因为这个是客人的权利，不用理会送货员的催促。如果有货品数量少了或者损坏了客人不应该签收。
8. Customer should open the parcel to check before signing to accept it. If any items is gone, customer should not received it. Let the courier send back to us. Otherwise, we will not responsible if there is missing item(s).
签 收前请检查包裹，万一有遗失了任何数量或者任何损坏请快递带回来给我。要不然没有人会负责不见了的货品了哦。（很少发生，甚至0%机率,为保安全还是检查 比较好）
